Medic Evaluation

The initial budget presented by Cymbidium Esthetic and Health, will be an estimate that will be confirmed after completing a full and exhaustive medical evaluation. The first consultation with the specialist will be performed via e-mail, through Cymbidium Esthetic and Health. The specialist might require the patient’s clinical history and request additional   tests before such consultation.
There will be no obligation, neither for Cymbidium Esthetic and Health nor for the patient, before the final budget is accepted. There must be an “agreement” between the patient’s needs and requirements and the possibility of improving the patient’s esthetic image, before the trip is planned. In case of dispute, Cymbidium Esthetic and Health will be, under the jurisdiction of the laws of Argentina.  

Estimated Budget

The initial budget presented by Cymbidium Esthetic and Health, will be an estimate that will be confirmed after completing a full and exhaustive medical evaluation. If the patient requires a to add a new treatment, after the first consultation, a new budget will be made that must be approved by both parties.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the treatment is cancelled once the patient is already in Argentina:
a.    Due to medical reason/cause        60% (non reimbursable)
b.    Due to patient’s decision        100% (non reimbursable)

Claiming Resignation
